Terra Hospitality represents 10+ hotels and 2 villas spread across 3 states of India, offering an inventory bouquet of around 500 rooms to our valued clients. We proudly serve hotel owners and corporate clients alike, consistently building brand value for every property within our portfolio.

Our founder, Zuhaib Mohammad, holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the reputed Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan – Delhi. With over 15 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, he has worked with leading hotel chains including Justa Hotels, The Zuri Hotels, and Parkland Group of Hotels.

Terra Hospitality Sales & Marketing Division focuses on maximizing revenues and profitability through precise market positioning and well-structured marketing programs. Our dedicated on-site sales force works aggressively under management leadership, supported by expertise in eCommerce, pricing strategy, revenue management, and regional sales development.

Our targeted marketing programs provide flexibility in changing market conditions and enable our partner hotels to consistently achieve premium market share performance.
